    Ok been working with them for years because of a shoddy install that left me with 10's of thousands of dollars in damages. They've been giving me the run around about their insurance company going to fix it. Here it is and just sprung another leak. WATCH OUT

    My panels have not worked since installation 2 years ago I’m still paying the same high bill as well as making payments on the system they said they will not compensate I’m contacting the BBB right now

    Do not be fooled. They only want you to sign the contact. They get paid in full by the loan company when you sign, and then don't care about you after the install. You will never get through to there customer service team. You will wait an unlimited amount of time to then have to deal with someone try their very best to NOT resolve your issue. All they do is reread what is on the paperwork that you already have. And the people in the call center don't understand any of the equipment themselves. Ask for someone to come out and look at the equipment that isn't working right? Sorry, technicians a

    The install went smooth and the crew was respectful and courteous. Team cleaned up from themselves. Everything that was to be given was there except for the water heater blanket. We were told they would mail it to us ( will be waiting). The only issue was that the inspector never showed up like we were told when we scheduled our install. Then we were told it could take 14 days or longer before inspected. The issue here is duke energy can not put in our new box or switch on the panels until inspected. And now the loan are calling and im not paying a penny until its actually up and running.

    Great experience my sales rep was kind and knew the system along with every other employee that I spoke with and the guys who came to install were very good and respectful of my home

    I'm really glad that I chose Powerhome Solar for my solar panel and battery system installation. They really go all out to make you feel comfortable about making the decision to have a solar system installed. When the day came for them to do the install you could tell right away that they are high end professionals. All their vehicles are clean, well maintained and display brightly colored signage.
