Avoid Power Home Solar now Pink Energy. They caused thousands of dollars of property damage. The "technicians" were unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing. The work they did failed inspection. Rescheduled dates several times. Loan is due. 6 months later I still do not have a working system, 100k loan for a roof ornament that likely caused roof damage, and property damage that they will not fix until the system is installed requiring a 3rd! trench to be dug in my yard. They cut power to my barn for a month, I had to move animals. They cut power to my pond, fish died. Difficulty to

Power Home Solar now doing business as Pink Energy (after filing bankruptcy) are fraudsters and crooks! They sell you used and underperforming systems that will nowhere meet what is quoted in your contract. Please do your homework and not fall victim as so many of us have. Thousands of dollars wasted.

Salesperson was great. Five stars Installation crew was friendly and knew what they were doing. On the second day of install we were hit with a rainstorm. The crew kept working - kudos to them; however they walked on my wet lawn and tracked mud into my basement. Four stars Customer service/tech support - one of our essential systems was not set up on the backup. I called and was told that we were scheduled for a repair the next Tuesday at 10. Tuesday came and went. In trying to reschedule the system repair I left several messages and used the call me back feature twice and I received no call b

Friendly and fast service installing My 40 panel and backup battery Generac Solar System. They even cleaned up afterwards.

Every step of the installation went without an issue. There was a good feeling of knowledge of there product which gave me comfort and piece of mind. After the installation was completed the crew cleaned up all the debris both inside and outside the house. I have recommended POWERHOME SOLAR to my friends.

I have owned my system for close to four years and have had some minor glitches, which were resolved completely by PHS. The service people and customer service people were all very polite and did a great job. I am happy with my choice, using PHS.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
