    we had them come out in feb back when they were power home solar while day 1 of a 2 day installation was impressive dispite the installation crews manager foreman whatever u wanna call him complaining all day about working they never came to finish the job even tho the panels were up and apparently running just needed to wire the added battery no biggie the panels were in fact not working and took another 2 or 3 mos to get tech support out here and even as im writing this the panels r not producing what was promised we feel scammed and manipulated hopefully the appt set up for tomarrow works o

    From beginning to end the process seemed to go pretty smooth. My salesman was overall very knowledgeable, however with me being in the engineering field I knew he was bs’ing some stuff, so I would ask some questions and he would call a supervisor and get good answers. The wait time was a while but I expected that was due to delays such as Covid… permitting and such. When install time came I had two crews that came out, everyone was friendly and courteous - nothing seemed rushed, I asked a ton of questions and they all were answered. Overall I am extremely happy with this setup. I am still wait

    They did an amazing job between communicating with us on everything and getting everything tied up in the end when the power company was giving us a little flack on specifics but it was complete in a great manor

    Great quality product and install. Team was professional and did a great job at explaining everything to me in full. Ended up getting a better outcome than expected on production!! Very happy!
