    Company is no longer in business. Every time I call the number is, "No longer in service." Solar panels less than 3 years old are not producing any electricity and no one to get help with these panels.

    Why does your website have a phone number that “is not in service at this time”? And why does your AI bot ask for my contact information, then say that a specialist will contact me within 24 hours, and then I’m never contacted? I need maintenance on a Generac generator that your company installed in December, 2024. How am I supposed to get it done? I’m not the least bit happy with Poly Energy!

    Updated review (bumped from 1 to 3 stars): This entire ordeal started in August of 2024. It took an entire year of relentless back-and-forth, broken promises, and threats of legal action before I finally received the last of the equipment Poly originally promised — in July 2025. And it only happened because the sales company, not Poly, ended up paying out of pocket to make it right. Even with everything finally installed, the fact remains: Poly lied, repeatedly. Their oversight of sales partners is nonexistent, and their accountability is worse. If I hadn’t kept detailed written records and th

    Poly Energy provided the install for our solar panels and it was the best part of the entire solar panel purchase experience. Major, Ruff, Cordell and Al were all professional, prompt, friendly, and left the job site clean.

    Joe and Freddy did a good job and a clean job on the installation. They kept us informed each step of the way during the process. Both men were respectful to our house and to ourselves.

    After choosing to do business with Poly Energy, my experience was exactly as promised - quality workmanship and straightforward convos. It’s hard to find good people these days, thank you! I tried to arm wrestle the Owner for a discount. …didn’t get the discount 🤣 but still a fair cost considering all the other proposals I received.
