Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in the Springfield area. Across Massachusetts, 64 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 95 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What I thought would be a great investment has turned into a solar nightmare! After more than a year of back-and-forth, and with my solar system installed for over 9 months, it’s still not active. Whenever I reach out for updates or ask to speak to a supervisor, I’m told someone will call or email me — but those updates never come. Communication is basically non-existent. The roofers hired by this company didn’t even complete the full roof outlined in the scope of work, and I was left with face nails through asphalt shingles all over. The panel installers left a mess in my yard and driveway, i

I made a deal with "Posigen" almost 2 years ago and they never followed through. I contacted them 3 months after I made the deal and signed the paperwork and they claimed I didn't submit any paperwork signed. They are all promises and no action. Don't waste your time with them.

We are not happy about the scheduled site visit that came and went without anyone calling or showing up. I could have worked that day but I passed so I could be here, but no one showed up. This does not bode well and makes us doubt the follow thru on any future set up schedules or problems.

I have to say that I am totally pleased with the service and the information I get from all departments of PosiGen it all starts with their energy specialist. Brittany Santos her knowledgeable and caring style is definitely a asset to the company. I can definitely see why she leads her group in sales when it comes to solar energy I definitely would recommend. Brittany and the rest of her team at PosiGen

Our neighbor referred us to Posigen Solar. Brittany Santos was our sales representative and the information she gave us was concise, informative, and well presented compared to other sales reps from different companies. Brittany was a driving force in our decision to go solar with Posigen. She was readily available and helped move our project along.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
