Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in the Springfield area. Across Massachusetts, 56 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 392 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I hired Trinity Solar to replace my roof, but they subcontracted the work to Stronhouse, who then subcontracted it again to another smaller company. That level of subcontracting was disappointing and made it difficult to get accountability when problems arose. During the roofing project, my gate was damaged. It's now been over two months, and despite repeated follow-ups, the issue still hasn't been resolved. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the damage promptly, I've experienced delays and excuses. Based on my experience, I would not use Trinity Solar again, nor would I recommend the

All I know is that it's Trinity solar , don't know which office they are working out of, super annoying phone calls and harassment . I spoke to the person on the phone, told him definitely not interested, for numerous reasons. I asked him nicely no to call back, Guess what : his supervisor called me and I explained to him not interested . Then my neighbors camera caught car parked in front of my house for over an hour. And my other neighbor said that a Solar company was going door to door. They definitely don't take no for an answer, sounds pretty desperate. Another time I had two guys that lo

Pushy and aggressive sales tactics at Home Depot? Woof.

I was very pleased with Trinity for the first year. The installers were very professional and system was working great. In January I noticed that I wasn’t seeing any credit for my production from Eversource. It took me two months to realize that there was something wrong with the system. I have now had it diagnosed and I need the inverter replaced. An electrician showed up to replace it but had the wrong inverter. After a couple weeks I called to see when they are planning on returning. I have called three times to see when they are coming back and have gotten no response.

Steve Blaney was great through the process. He still reaches out to me to see how things are going. Most sales people don't want to know you once you sign the deal. He's one of the good ones. Anyway, been a couple of months since we had been turned on. No bill from Ev3rsource. Love that.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
