    I tell everyone I can to avoid SunRun like the plague. We inherited a lease agreement from the former owner of our home where the contracted rate was supposed to be 0.16/kwh with a 3% escalator. When we got our first bill it was for 0.22/kwh which didn't make sense based on the fee schedule. When I called they that's how we found out about this fee increase the FORMER OWNER agreed to based on the FORMER OWNERS electricity usage. It makes no sense to charge this increased rate based on someone else's usage that we were not made aware of before closing on the home. They gave us a small credit bu

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Solar panels (leased) have been a nightmare for my family. My father, who speaks little to no English, signed up for solar panels without understanding the terms, as none of it was translated. As a non-English speaker, he was presented with solar panels as an opportunity to offset energy costs, which he desperately needed. I do not understand the lack of oversight in the solar industry and how predatory these companies appear from my perspective. Aside from the panels damaging the home and causing mold due to roof openings, the lack of urgency from this com

    Stay away from this company! They promise you the world then screw you. I was in the negative for my electric bill for about a year now. Then all of the sudden the panels aren't producing like they were. I called several times and they finally say they will review your system and then don't get back to you. I reached out to Charley the salesman I had just texted me and said because of the new mini-split I added for A/C might be the issue for the high electric bill. Is this a joke? I replaced a large A/C unit that was 20 years old with a new highly efficient unit that I only run in the summer m
