  Signed a contract for 90 day installation of solar panels on 6/19/2025. Project manager filed a plan that would NOT pass inspection so the process needed to be repeated. Installation of our panels began 5/22.2026. It took 349 days for our panels to be operational and 371 days for the battery. Missed out on the federal tax credit so our project cost us $10,521 more than quoted. All Energy Solar made a mistake and we paid the price.

  Make sure you read the contract writing line by line and ensure you are getting what's in your proposal. I was given a proposal with consumption and production monitoring and when they sent the contract over it only included production monitoring. Consumption CT's were not installed and to install them after the fact you are likely looking at an additional $500-1000. The entire execution of my project was a nightmare. Quite frankly I don't know what the project coordinators do on a daily basis as my project was delayed significantly due to permits not being submitted on time, engineering docum

  A year ago, I purchased solar panels from this company that assured me my roof was in good condition. However, my roof is now in disrepair and I need to remove the panels. When I contacted the company, they quoted me $21,000 for removal and refused to take any responsibility. They claimed they didn't see any physical damage, despite the fact that some panels were cracking when they were installed. I'm having a hard time getting any resolution from the company, and my roof remains in need of repair. In the response You claim you had no further communication with me that’s a false statement . “.

  So I had a bad panel, caled for repair and was told it could be awhile. They did come and fixed it but never called or let us know they were coming or came. Therefore that was why I had a bad review at first. All is good now,

  We had our system installed last August 2025 and it has been performing as expected. This company has been very responsive, done excellent work (my Brother in realestate said it is one of the best installs he's seen). The price was very competitive and they were very honest about costs and conditions which were explained thoroughly, there were absolutley no surprises. The install went without any problems and was a quality install. I would highly recommend this company.

  AES service was great from beginning to end. Sales, technicians, project managers were all competent, responsive and kind.

  This was a large project (for us) done at a time when multiple homes were trying to push their projects through because tax incentives were ending. All Energy acted with integrity, but they also appeared to be spread thin, however understandably. Our project took longer than we'd (All Energy included) anticipated but we are happy with the outcome.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
