  they messed up an connected my panels on the wrong meters, I took them a year to fix and they don't want to come thru on refund all I had to pay because of their mistake , I even got an email from CEO Jonathan Budd not willing to fulfill on their promise.if you all need solar go somewhere else. ill keep you posted if they do resolve it or what happens.

  I highly recommend anyone who is looking at Powur to read their BBB complaints. There are thousands of people just like me with the same story. It feels truly awful to have spent this amount of money for solar panels that are only functional half of the year due to a failure to conduct a proper shade survey. Here’s my story. I got scammed.   This has been the worst consumer experience of my life. I'm going to go into more details, but I want to bullet point the bad for those who won't read. They literally looted my house, stole tens of thousands from my basement from install, told me that my daughter said it was ok. (I DON'T HAVE A DAUGHTER), but the system also never worked. NEVER. 9 months later, there has been one service call to send a repair person who was only instructed to confirm it wasn't working. That was in September 2025 and it is now February 2026.   Updated: Now all is fixed and working well. Initially installed quickly. 4 months to turn on. FPL 2-3 months. Project passed to multiple Powur project managers very poor communication until the last PM. Many weeks went by as they said couldn’t see remotely if it was on. That was because CT’s reporting usage were not working. Another month and someone showed up to fix that. All is working now.

  Most people don't understand, Powur is a platform. It's a technology. Like Uber, or like Airbnb. It connects local installers with nationwide name brand products and specialized solar consultants nationwide. It's completely innovative, and giving a bad review for an install not going well is like giving an Airbnb a bad review. That doesn't mean that Airbnb is a bad company or doesn't work properly or anything like that. It's important to know that when looking at reviews.

  I am happy to say we have had a great experiance with our solar purchase. Our rep Cynthia Alvidrez, was knowledgeable and always keep us in the loop. The solar install looks great, no issues and I love the Tesla battery back up. (we have 2 batteries) Looks sharp and the Tesla app keeps us in the know regarding how much battery storage we have. It's really slick how it all works together. So glad I found Powur solar and Cynthia Alvidrez, what a team!
