Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Dallas. Across Texas, 267 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 177 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Dallas, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★55%

Each mark is one company we hold in Dallas whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Proclaim Solar LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Signed on with Proclaim Solar for installation of solar panels. A part of their sign on package was they promised to cover my first year of payments, $1,000 cash back, and a referral reward for getting my father panels as well. I didn’t receive any of that. Lack of production timeline: Panels installed late October 2021, began paying for them in December 2021, weren’t working fully and turned on (by me) until March 24th, 2022 Went 24 days without production in August of 2022 Went 43 days without production in February and March of 2023 Went 72 days without production from April to July of 2023

I don’t think my solar is connected and is working for me. I’ve talked to the owner over a month ago, and he had me talk to Richard, and in the past month Richard has only sent me 3 messages, the first one was how to connect the system… then two replies after that. It’s been over a month now and still now help. I’m afraid I’m going to get a huge electric bill at the end of the month, on top of my solar payment.

  • 1★ · around March 2026 · the company replied

Unfortunately, my experience with this solar company has been very disappointing. The panels were not working for months and I had to pay more than $400 in electricity while still paying for the panels. The company promised to resolve the issue last year, but nothing has been done.

Yes I did mention you sent the trouble shooting video and it worked. I was never told about having to switch electric providers. We never received emails on it either. I was not even going to mention that one. I am a long time TXU customer. We would never have done this if we knew going in we would have to switch. Tyler if you look at the solar app you will see we produced on 8/8/2022, only one day, and then no data until 8/3/2023. No production for almost one year. This is for those looking to switch to solar just do lots of research and ask lots of questions and get everything in writing. Ju

Solar solutions don't get more personalized than what Proclaim put together for our hobby farm. They accounted for irrigation pumps, barn lighting and the main house. All in one system design. Professional service from people who took time to understand our unusual energy profile. Extraordinary outcome.

Proclaim Solar service was so nice that my experience feels more like a review of a hospitality company than a contractor. Professional service, warm communication, clean installation and a product that performs as promised. If solar is on your radar, make Proclaim your first call.

Reasonable price was confirmed when I ran the numbers myself. Three competing quotes were all higher for comparable or lesser systems. Proclaim Solar’s consultants were transparent about how they price their offerings. That openness built the kind of trust that made signing feel easy rather than stressful.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“can afford to go solar. $0-down solar financing options, including both solar loans and solar…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
