    I bought a $30,000+ system from them with the understanding that when the time came to redo the roof, they would take down and reinstall the system (was supposed to be included "if I buy now" instead of waiting on the roof before looking into solar - but even if there was a $1,000-$2,000 charge, I probably would have been fine with it). However, when the time for the roof came, the quote to take down and reinstall was more than 1/3 of the price of the whole system - and the quote came with a very stern warning that if anyone other than them touched the system, the warranty would be voided.     From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with Pure Energy. Their service is exceptional, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for solar energy solutions.
