    rarely write reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. My system has been out of service for months. Every time a technician comes out, there’s always “another issue” or “another part” needed. Nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like a constant loop designed to delay rather than fix the problem. The office staff is just as concerning. The customer service is extremely unprofessional—dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of focusing on actually fixing the issue, they constantly try to push me into buying a comple

    Dante was okay; typical salesman, good at selling his product & unfortunately we fell for it. Explained everything in detail & was helpful…up until installation. Afterwards I reached out due to not hearing from finance for well over a week to which he responded that it was customer services job, not his.

    They were super friendly and very accommodating. Their salesman Dante couldn’t have been kinder and respectable while in my home. Good experience

    I had the soft water unit installed in 2013 and in April 2026 had to upgrade as my water pressure decreased dramatically. The new unit has a lifetime guarantee so I'm thrilled. The installer, Hector was very professional, did a thorough job and explained in details the process and what is expected of me to upkeep. I'm very happy with Quality Home Services and highly recommend them.

    Frank was wonderful. Fantastic service! He replaced and serviced my reverse osmosis water filter and was absolutely great to work with. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Everything works perfectly now. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
