    Customer service is a joke. I was told when I bought the system I would receive service if there are any issues. The electrician that works for them in my area quit and now I can't receive service unless I pay for their air fair. What a joke. Look somewhere else.

    I have owned a RaVolt system for over a year; we have had to work through some technical issues, but this is the most responsive company I have ever worked with - system is working great as advertised

    I've had my RaVolt system in for just about a year now and have been very pleased with it's quality and function. The system has worked seamlessly, and remote support has been consistently good on the rare occasions when necessary.

    We needed a solar company that was 100% off grid reliable. After searching many companies we decided in Ravolt. We could not be more pleased with our decision. I visisted a couple customers who used other companies. I was thrilled with the heavy duty frame construction vs what I saw with other installes. Since install April 2023 we have yet to have the need for the backup generator to run. The next test will be the winter months since we are in NY. I am confident we will be satisfied with the results coupled with the close monitoring of the system from company headquarters. So far so good!
