Brad came to our home to give us an estimate on solar panels. The next day he sent a text informing my husband that he may have COVID but would let us know of the results of his test. That was the last we heard from him. We have no idea if he exposed us or not. Luckily we haven’t gotten sick. Would not recommend based on lack of communication 👎

Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took care of the approval with my HOA, gave me information on net metering, financing and provided a layout of what the final installation would look like on my roof. He was very upfront about the schedule and identified times that may take longer than expected. Once the installation was complete he clarified that he had no control over when L&I would be out for the inspection or when PSE would be out to give the OK to energize the system. Brad kept in contact with me throughout the process form beginning to end. Whenever I had a qu

Brad is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to solar and he was happy to teach all we needed to know. He did a great job setting timeline expectations for us. Our install went well and we are producing power! Highly recommend Robinson Craft Solar & Roofing!

After 4 different bids we went with Brad and his company. He was always at least one step ahead of everyone else. We liked how he was able to work within our schedule to make this project happen. We liked that he gave us references when we asked, and was able to answer the many questions that we had to our satisfaction. We felt no pressure and really liked how he dealt with us and showed us that he really wanted our business. Was a good process from start to finish. Plus he made us the best deal.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • communication 3

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“and long-lasting with our support! Financing Options Our flexible financing options make…”

  • Warranty

“advantage while this lasts... 25 Year Warranty All systems come with live monitoring…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
