Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Nevada. Across Nevada, 48 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

The original installers were terrible, things weren't done correctly and parts weren't even installed that should have been!! Bryar fix it fast and at a fair price. He's very friendly and professional. I will for sure be using him for all future maintenance needs for my solar system.

Bryar Saddoris at Ruby Mtn Solar is beyond amazing!! I was duped by one of the out-of-town solar systems, and he promptly came to my rescue, completely rewiring, replacing the under-amp breaker, and updating the software. He kept me updated on the progress, got everything completed in record time, and eventhough I didn't buy my system from him, his prices were amazingly fair. I can't say enough good things about this young man's work ethic and kindness. Shop local at Ruby Mtn Solar in Elko. You're never going to find a better quality product or service anywhere!!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“so easy with our zero down, low cost financing options. Our energy consultant will advise…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
