    Terrible customer service Sold me a solar system that isn’t working properly but refuses to address the problem Several of the micro inverters failed and they refuse to replace them. The system was installed in 2019 and in 2024 the issue was discovered. They actually told me to try and find parts on eBay and pay someone to install Quotes from other companies estimate $10,000 to replace all of the inverters The warranty is 10 years but they are not honoring it If you have a problem with your system good luck with them repairing it

    I’m still waiting for the completion of my Tesla batteries install. They have scheduled to come on 4 different days, and not shown up or called to let me know. I have had to call them to find out why the no shows and have been given many excuses such as someone called in sick at the last minute, or they weren’t available, etc. Jeremy at Scudder promised me that he would show up personally on day 5 if no one was available and they would be here at 9:00 am to finish the install. By 10:45 no one showed and I called to speak with Jeremy and was told he was not available and he was out sick. Totall

    The process went smoothly for the most part. One Powerwall was faulty and so that delayed installation. There was also a short local power outage soon after installation. When the power came back on the solar panel system did not come back on. The Scudder installers came and found that a GFCI had tripped on not come back on. They may have also fixed something else. One complaint I have is that the automatic response and billing system the Scudder office uses did not allow us to apply for the Tesla Rebate as soon as we would have liked. This was because the final statement of charges paid was s

    Scudder Solar staff were efficient, friendly, professional, and effective. We're very happy with the whole experience and the resulting solar panels!

    I would highly recommend Scudder for roofing and solar. They did our roof over 10 years ago and just completed our solar project on the same roof. Everyone in the company was professional, informed, prepared and willing to go the extra mile to get our project done on time and on budget. I have been involved with construction projects professionally for the last 30 years. I would put Scudder at the top of my list to work with again.

    Scudder did a fantastic job with my ground mount solar system. They communicated well, each step of the way and Got the job done well and on time. All the employees that worked on my job were hard-working and pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend Scudder
