    The technicians do fantastic work. The office leaves a lot to desire. I have had a micro converter faulted since September 2025. I learned about it by checking my app in Feb '26, so I emailed them. The response I received was my system was working perfectly but needed a cleaning (for a charge). Fast forward to Jun and I get a call out of the blue asking for my credit card information. I had the supervisor call me. Apparently without contacting me a repair process was started. The supervisor said she'd would be calling to schedule the past swap. Well today I get a call at 11:08, the tech will b

    Do not sign the service contract! They do not follow through with complete care of the system and will make sure they stay with in the “contract” and never go above and beyond. The service contact just gets you an expensive cleaning and no benefit of service. After 3 different employees said they would help get our communication link back on line, we were told they didn’t have the time to help!!! Will not use again!

    Recently bought a house with an owned Solarponics system that is currently offline. We have reached out 3+ times with limited to no response. Promises to call back that never happened. Despite their website promising a warranty, we were told that didn't transfer in the sale and to get the 10 year old system working at all it'd require thousands in new parts. Very disappointed with their lack of response and service. Would not recommend.

    The instal needed 2 attempts to succeed but in the end they succeeded

    They did a great job on helping to accurately size our system for our needs. Install was quick and clean.

    My first and last interaction with Solarponics (thus far) was with Dominick, and he was very responsive, professional, patient, and kind. I felt that I was always being listened to, my questions were relevant and important, and I mattered to him as a customer. Each person I encountered along my installation journey were all very professional, and kind. Communication was always timely and straight forward, and I felt respected in my limited technical understandings of the technology and the processes. I highly recommend Solarponics and their team to anyone looking to upgrade their electrical so

    SolarPonics replaced our old water heater with an on demand one. I had a plumber over the other day to do some additional work - he took a look at the work SolarPonics did and said (unprovoked) "Hey - they did a really nice job with this installation!" And our hot water works better than it ever did before.
