    I contracted with Semper Solaris a year ago to install solar batteries. The job was supposed to be finished in December. This is August and it still is not finished. Communication has been horrible. Apparently they have no idea what they’re doing.

    I had a roof done by this company two years ago. However in December of 2025 there was heavy rain and my renters called letting us know there were leaks in the master bathroom closet bedroom and downstairs unit ceiling. I called in January to address situation.after several calls they sent people dro do inspections to resolve exterior roof. All their people agreed problem was the roof. They finally patched the roof in march after several calls but failed to address the interior of the house. I strongly suggest people to rethink hiring a company that does not stand behind their warranty. Also t

    My wife arranged for a visit for 11am on January 21. No one showed up or notified us. She tried to call their number multiple times. Either no one answered or she was told she was next in line and hung up after over 10 minutes. I understand why their reviews are so poor.

    I just wanted to point out that Eric is your “ Go Pick Me Tech” to do your HVAC repairs. He went above @ beyond his way, late afternoon, drive to Concord, to buy a part, to get our AC repaired in 93 degree weather. Got repair done in 4 hours. Made my whole family feel the nice cool breeze inside our home again. A 10 x 10 !!! Would definitely recommend & request his services again, No Doubt !!
