    Your company did a great job of installing the system and being very timely. Very professional workers, also. But your service and maintenance is terrible! I have SolarEdge monitoring which has gone offline several times a year and we reboot the system. Fine. However, it recently went down again along with one of the two inverters. When I called for help, your answering service put me on hold for all most an hour and when I left a callback number nobody returned my call. That was a week ago. In the following days I finally got to talk to Jennifer after being on hold hours on end again (she was

    I set up an appointment almost 2 weeks ago for Saturday at 2:30pm. They ghosted me. No call, no text....nothing. waste of my time.

    I had a GREAT experience working with Angie. She brought me from despair to delight! I had gone around a year without getting my Tesla Cell phone app to work. I desperately wanted to adjust my profile to take advantage of drawing from my battery at expensive times of the day. Angie helped me troubleshoot the problem and then she determined the issue was actually with Tesla. She submitted my problem for a batch update to get it corrected. She continued to keep me updated while she waited for the fix to be completed. She called me with the good news yesterday and then helped me configure the app
