Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews of this place. It honestly feels like they’re written either by employees or by people who have never delivered a load here. If you have a load coming to this facility, don’t waste your time reading the pages of instructions your shipper gives you. In reality, they don’t mean anything. Appointments are basically ignored here—the only rule is first come, first served. I arrived exactly at my scheduled appointment time, only to be told to come back the next day because there were still trucks waiting from the previous day. I returned the following morning,

5 hours on their yard for delivery. 1 hour of detention. what a joke of a company. just like every other solar company, waste of time and space.

I had a very frustrating experience with Synergy Energy. I ended up waiting eight hours just to get loaded at the pickup location, and then another four hours waiting to get unloaded at the delivery site. The whole process was painfully slow—no sense of urgency at all. Drivers, be warned: if you’re picking up or delivering here, you’ll likely be in for a long wait. Definitely not a place to be in a hurry!

Signal Energy is an outstanding utility scale solar constructor and they are doing a great service by bringing us massive amounts of renewable energy to our area. I think it's funny the only negative reviews this solar farm has is from a bunch of truck drivers who are upset that it took them a few hours to offload on a 200+ acre solar farm. What do they expect loading docks on a construction site. Not to mention all truck drivers do is sit in their car all day so what does it matter where you're sitting in your truck.

Solar field. Short staging to second unloading area. 30 min unloading, everyone was friendly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
