Its one and two star share is 26 points above the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 6 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 17 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Super slow place to get unloaded! Dont try to call because no one answer any time! They go by appointment only . Overnight parking allows in parking lot next to empty trailers!

Original post: My 28 panels worked great for the first 8 years... and then they began to work intermittently due to an Isolation Error. Now they work less than 40% the time. The installer has reached out to Silfab for warrantee instructions, via email and voicemail, and there has been no response in the last 2 weeks. I'd highly recommend you obtain panels from a company willing to stand behind their product - Silfab doesn't seem to be that brand. Update 11/18/24: Silfab finally reached out to me and the panel installer. The installer conducted testing on each panel and determined that when wet

Silfab Solar is a great company to work with! They are all about their people and have some of the best product on the market, hands down!

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • product 3
  • product quality 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“cells and solar panels. With more than 40 years of solar expertise and building on…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
