  Worst customer service I ever dealt with. Pumps are garbage unless you want a squirt gun fountain in your pond do not waste your money on this garbage!!!! Sincerely very angry customer

  Easily the worst internet retailer experience I have ever had. I placed an order on 9/18/2014, today is 11/20/2014 and I still do not have the product even though my credit card was charged more than 2 months ago! At the time of ordering, I was never informed of any stock issue or backorder. On 10/20/2014, I was told that they would be shipping "within a few days", and that would receive a free box of Christmas lights for my trouble. A week ago, I was told they would ship by the end of the current week, and still nothing!

  I ordered a solar fountain kit in March 2014. It finally arrived in August. August - really? yes. August. Numerous emails went unanswered, calling them over the phone is worthless as they have recently dumped all their calls to a third-party call center in India. It is impossible to actually speak with someone in the US. Regardless of the extreme delay in receiving the pump, I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the controller is defective. I have tried to contact support 5 times regarding the defective controller. (phone, email and online request form) The controller outputs ZERO

  high prices for a good product. If you look up the individual products that they use to make these kits vs. the prices they sell them for you might feel scammed but the stuff works. I bought the Genlight waterproof indoor and outdoor solar 150W LED strip for an insane 599.95 it only came with one led strip 21" long!!! I had assumed the photo shown on the site was the product( it had two 21" led bars shown) I contacted customer service. They promptly replied that" the picture was just an example and that the kit only came with one strip"... I had to end up buying another strip. I will not buy t

  purchased two realtor solar lights. super super nice lightweight and bright LED lights. could not find these anywhere else. and the price was super nice as well. had purchased a solar pond waterfall pump from these folks two years ago and the pump is working just great as well. ty

  We purchased the GenLight for our neighbor sign. It works very well and gives off just enough light. To help prevent tampering we attached it to a separate bracket we purchased from Silicon to be able to attach the panel and light securely to the sign using metal zip ties and longer screws. We didn’t have a place to put the panel to face SW. However the panel charges enough and gives out a strong light. Thank you Silicon Solar.

  The solar fountain pump from Silicon Solar was easy to set up, silent, and had a consistent flow once the Sun hit the solar panel. The panel has a long lead that allows you to place it away from the spot you've chosen for your fountain, which allows you to put the fountain in shade but still receive power. I bought a couple more of Silicon Solar's pumps once I found out how well they work.
