Smart Solar Energy Eugene Oregon

Each mark is one company we hold in Eugene whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Smart Solar Energy Eugene Oregon is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I called and asked for connectors and the person that I talked to had a smug attitude and would only state that they only service pannels that they have installed. I reiterated that I was not asking for them to service the solar panel system that I was only looking for connectors. The attitude I got was she was not going to help me at all unless they do work and install their own equipment. This review is for the lady that answered the phone and in regards to her customer service only. This review has no bearing on the work that they perform.

Got a few quotes, thought I was going to end up with a used Honda civic with an extended warranty. Smart solar was the only ones that had the answers to my questions and quite frankly did not annoy me. They followed through on all their promises and everything is going fantastic! No more electric bill!

Great experience with Smart Solar. I knew I wanted solar on my house but didn’t know much else. Jordan did a fantastic job educating me on how to shop for solar and make choices. We iterated on the design of my 9kw system (22 panels), to find the right balance of good sun exposure and nice aesthetics. Execution was smooth - Jenn did very well coordinating the subs, eweb, and city of eugene permitting department. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Getting solar panels on my home was so easy from start to finish. I was impressed with the people involved in the process they were professional, kind and down to earth. I want to thank all of you for making me feel comfortable with this big decision I'm so glad it was with your company.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Eugene is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
