The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The installation went well, I am pleased with the system.

We recently had Smart Energy install a solar system at our home in Springfield. Jordan provided excellent communication all the way through the process. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Smart Solar Energy.

We had an excellent experience with Smart Solar Energy out of Springfield. They installed panels on our home quickly and without any disruptions to our lives. Jenn was extremely forthcoming and clear in all communication both during the sales process and throughout the actual project. We went from our first discussion to having the system fully operational in about two weeks. They know what they are doing and use what seems to be very modern equipment and approaches. Also, Smart Solar took care of all permitting, city inspections, etc. Given that we weren't particularly interesting in learning

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Eugene is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
