Its one and two star share is 52 points above the typical installer in Kennewick. Across Washington, 0 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Kennewick whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar AI is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Had a great experience to start, but turns out that was the project manager (who no longer works for Solar AI - probably because he has integrity). We signed up for our solar system in summer of 2024. Install was delayed until August and the system didn't come online until Nov 2024. July of 2025 the system went down for an unknown failure. We were unable to contact anyone through the provided numbers; either the number was non-working ("you are not setup to make this call" ???) or we were ghosted through text and voicemail to our alleged system support contact. We finally made contact through

Tried calling there number on there website , on there invoice/bill of sale it says your not set up to call on this feature ? Super weird then I called the number from the sales person Elijah and it goes straight to voicemail. I’ve been trying to reach this company for over a week now. How can this even be as a company u can’t even get ahold of anyone ? I had to call the loan company I went through and they gave me a number (a different one from the one on there website) and same thing ( your number is not set up for this feature) this just blows my mind. Once they get u all communication is g

Since buying my house, my goal has been to become more energy-efficient, help my bills go down, and keep money in my pocket in the long run. This company did just that with the help of their outstanding sales associate, Miss Cassidy. Cassidy walked me through all of the information, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable going forward with the decision to go solar; she still answers my questions today! The installation process was fast and easy, their installers were kind and answered some lingering questions. Thank you to this company, and a huge thank you to Cassidy. In all, if

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
