Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in New York. Across New York, 139 of the 247 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Good afternoon, how can I contact the solar company Amigos?

  • 5★ · around August 2023

Thanks to my Daughter’s recommendation about The Solar Amigos, I had a very informative consultation with the Amigos. I really knew nothing about Solar, only that my electricity bills are crippling my budget! The Solar Amigos are designing a system specific to my home (weird roof line). I can’t wait for the plans to be final and the install date to be set! I have electric heat and DO NOT want to pay what I did last year to keep my house livable this coming winter!

5 stars, respectable, friendly customer support. They helped me save on my electric bill and were very responsive and transparent about the entire process. Highly recommend!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Maspeth is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
