    I purchased a pro outdoor 2.0 16 months ago. I went to go and use it after charging it and nothing. I contacted Lucia and was sent instructions on how to recharge the batteries, nothing. I love this Company but to have this expensive of a product fail just after a year, I am not happy. NO they will not replace . I gave 5 of their lanterns.

    Products have a lot of potential but have fallen short with me. I bought a Luci pro and the plastic ripped the first time I tried to unbuckle it to hang it. I asked what the fix was in hopes I’d be offered a replacement since it was just bought and used for the first time and was told to use epoxy. Next I got excited about the string lights. They were bought the end of November as a Christmas gift 2020. I used them maybe a half dozen times, the last time being a year after I received them: 12/26/21. I strung them up and only the first 2 bulbs lit. The rest wouldn’t light. This time I was smart

    I received one of their junk lights as a gift that never worked. Reading reviews of this company online seems that it's the norm for them. Skip these scam artists and look elsewhere!

    Excellent customer service! My Luci light had some troubles, and after submitting the request and some swift email communication, I already received a replacement. Thank you very much for quick support in all this, this is a great service! We are sailors, and we have a bunch of MPOWERD products on our sail boats for years, as they don't need any power to charge and don't take up any space. We use white lanterns for evenings when we are at anchor, to cook and to have dinners on deck, to read books in our cabins, and we absolutely love the red lanterns as they are perfect for night sailing, when

    Luci lights are amazing! I have given many over the years to friends and family, and they love them as much as I do. The lights can be stored flat, 8 hours in direct sunlight to charge, colors are great. They can be used if you lose power …
