    Jon is so great and helpful! He will truthfully guide you to making the best decisions for your energy needs. He is great at seeing things through and will gladly answer if you have any questions along the way. *****EDIT***** Unfortunately Jeaune has not held up on his part of the deal. He paints a great picture and seems very helpful, but at the end of the day he leaves you hanging. He had previously helped me with my solar panels with another company and all seemed good - super communicative and helpful. I appreciated the way he communicated and provided information.     I was contacted by Solar Artisans in January 25. Jeaune came to the house and sold me on a Day System which would allow me to generate enough power to run our home during the day while selling the extra energy generated to Ga.Power, whereby selling enough credits to offset being on their grid after the Sun went down. The 1 requirement I had was to get as close as possible to a net zero sustainability.     At first, communications was Awesome, took quite awhile to complete the installation of Panels, Jeaune was paid in full , not gonna say how that happen, but trusted Him…The process started in May 2024, the panels are up and we are operating and satisfied with the Savings, but we are still waiting on our Batteries, which we paid for, was told they have been ordered, then told they have been on reserve, then told waiting to get paid from another client to order our batteries, which I already paid for, Smh..Then told , got paid from another client and waiting for check to clear, then our batterie

    Jeaune and the team delivered excellent service, and I'm extremely happy with the outcome of the project. Their quote was among the best I received—both in terms of pricing and value—with a projected return on investment in just 5 years. (After 30% tax credit) My entire home runs on electricity, and our average monthly energy bill used to be around $200. The team recently completed and commissioned the system at the beginning of April, which includes an EG4 18KPV inverter, two PowerPro all-weather batteries, and thirty 425W solar panels. Based on early projections, my monthly bill is expected

    Jeaune with Solar Artisans provided excellent customer service along with meticulous follow through on the work and expectations that were promised! Everything was explained in full detail and executed perfectly, from the beginning stages of the project to the final phase of the solar system being fully operational. We couldn’t have selected a more capable company for the job! If you are on the fence about which solar company to use, then give Solar Artisans a chance, you will be glad you did!!
