I cancelled my project after finding out that I was not told the truth and they used deceptive tactics. The rep that came to my house isn't from Solar Canary they are from Infinity Solar. I am 80 years old and the system they signed me up for would have been 2.5x more than my utility bill.

Solar canary came out as an audit group to go over my contract with Blue Raven Solar and they showed me that they can get me set up from Infinity solar for about 12K less with more panels. I canceled contract with Blue Raven and went with Infinity. Audit they say its just a sales tactic since its all public record. I had Universal Electric come do an audit from Infinity and now I canceled contract with Infinity Solar as Universal Electric PNW was able to save me almost 32K. Not happy with Blue Raven or Infinity solar as product is way WAY over priced

I was skeptical of Solar Canary at first because I was approached by one of their employees who came to my door. They offered to do a free review of my solar contract, and I thought their offer sounded too good to be true. Tyler sat down with my husband and I and brought some things to our attention about our current contract which alarmed us. After a discussion, he also helped us cancel our solar contract after the three day right of recission period had passed. Tyler talked to us about pursuing solar and recommended another solar company to help us with our solar project. After researching o

Solar Canary saved me from a messy solar company I almost got trapped in. I was stuck in a confusing, overpriced contract and had no contact from the other company. Solar Canary stepped in and helped me cancel the contract. They explained everything clearly and made sure I wasn’t stuck with something I didn’t need. If you’re caught up in a messy solar deal, and before even installing panels, definitely reach out to Solar Canary, they really help.

With so many solar companies out there, Solar Canary made the process of going solar a breeze. They were able to figure out our individual needs and get our project started immediately. During the entire project they provided fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Graham is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
