Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Paula was a huge help with my solar project from start to finish. She researched all the financial aspects to find the best option for me. She provided prompt assistance for me when I had questions about the process and followed up with the solar and electric company to expedite procedures. I'm delighted with the results and encourage anyone with questions about Solar to contact her.

I have been doing business with Paula for 10+ years. We have developed a great trusting relationship over that time. She will take every step necessary to make sure you have a great experience with your solar project. She listened to every question that I had and answered it where I completely understood! I highly highly recommend Solar Gals!

A rep Paula helped me from start to finish, but most importantly, she was very trusting and cared about our situation. She is such a bright light for the company . Can’t say enough about how professional and courteous she was. Thank you Paula!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Solon is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
