Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 424 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I paid almost $30,000 for Jason to install solar panels and after needing help with my panels he disappeared and had no interest in helping me with my problems with the solar panels. I tried to contact other companies but nobody wants to touch someone else’s work he put me in a very difficult position, and never even gave me recommendations if he was not available who could help me I would not recommend this man to do your solar panels cause he will disappear since he has a one-man show. Servicing for free??? Don’t think so.

Outstanding service highly recommend! I have referred Jason and his crew several times. Everyone I have referred is extremely happy with their services as well. He is honest and reliable none of the sales pitch stuff. You don’t need a salesman to come and then him to install. He knows what he’s talking about gives a quote and it is the best price around guarantee you so I’ve saved thousands and continues to monitor our account making sure that our solar is working properly. I don’t even need to check.

Jason installed solar in 2017. By far the best decision ever. Always answers right away for any questions I might have. System has performed above my expectations. My friends couldn’t be happier with the performance of their systems as well. I would highly recommend 👍 …

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the Solar Repair Center. When my SMA solar inverter suddenly malfunctioned, plunging me into a panic about potential energy loss and repair costs, they came to the rescue! From the moment I called, their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Despite my urgent request, they promptly scheduled a same-day appointment, which was incredibly reassuring. Upon arrival, their technician wasted no time in diagnosing the issue with my SMA solar inverter. Their expertise was evident as they swiftl

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • solar installation 4
  • system 3

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Insured

“upgrades. We are a licensed and insured company. To view our license please…”

  • Licensed

“energy efficient upgrades. We are a licensed and insured company. To view our…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
