  Terrible company. My system was built incorrectly, and this company refuses to help fix anything. I've reached out several times to try and get ahold of someone and they have been unresponsive.

  Spammers. Using unsolicited text messages to con potential customers. This practice illegal and companies that employ these tactics should be ostracized and publicly humiliated for their actions. *Post Edit* As I have informed your partner on the phone. If you show me where I "requested" this solicitation I would be glad to edit or remove my very truthful and sincere review. Until then you are still guilty. Feel free to justify it any way you please, but how you are conducting business is disgraceful, regardless if "everyone is doing it."

  I was contacted by Mario Nitirini (One of the Co-Owners). He seem like an awesome guy. And gave sold me on the solar experience. I told him my fear was to be paying for the solar panels and paying full price for electricity at the same time. He told me that the whole process takes 60 days and the payments for the panels, don't kick in til 2 months after the panels are install. I started the process on Feb 18, 2020. The panels was install April 8 by Empire Solar Group, LLC. And I was put in contact with Chris Bradford (Empire Solar Group Representative). After the panels are install I was told

  I’ve been working with Brandon and I’ve got say, from start to finish it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience working with him and his team. I never really understood solar and he not only took the time to educate but he was patient as I was shopping around. He is straight forward and a joy to work with.   I've had my system over a year now and it is awesome. I can monitor the production on my phone. Banked enough watts over the summer to where I have all I need for winter, after another summer of banking I will cut my gas bill and run electric heat. Mario and Brandon are selling a solid system. I was a little confused when I got a call from Utah, but their install contractors are top notch and super friendly too. I would use these guys again but It should last my lifetime. They offer a $500-$1000 referral bonus, so tell your friends. Thanks guys.
