    Initially happy with install, but when warranty service needed, no response from Solcius. Had my system go down last July (2023), two techs came to evaluate my system, each said something different was wrong. Last tech visit in September 2023, was told parts ordered & I would be contacted to schedule service. No contact despite me calling multiple times. Two weeks after I was told parts needed to be ordered, I contacted customer service, and was informed parts had arrived. I was told the scheduling department would contact me soon; 4 months later and still no response. Customer Service was goo

    Initially I had given them a 4 star review for the installation process as it went relatively smooth except for the initial install team who couldn't finish the project. I'm not happy with the design and layout of the panels as the location generating the most power has the least amount of panels. After the install I noticed one of the panels was not working correctly. It has been months since I first contacted them and the panel has not been replaced and I keep getting excuses. Currently on hold and there is at least a 30 minute wait time to speak to someone. Beware of this company!

    Solcius needs to improve communication to customers, local staff no help since all communication was directed to corporate They don’t give proper notification when they are coming to do installation, blue prints mistakes and correction, permits mistakes, sign off from local county inspection. They used the excuse of supply chain issues and travel time for crew doing install was not taken into consideration in planning installation they traveled two hours to my house and two hours back and that only left four hours for installation and they only allowed for two days install and my install took

    very hard to communicate with a person, haven't explained how system will work, not helpful with keeping up to date with project and answering questions

    Victor, Kenny, Josh, and Luis were excellent electricians and helped me out when hooking up the solar to the house!

    I will definitely recommend Solcius to my family and friends. The whole process of getting the solar panels, from initially talking to their representative up to the installation, was prompt and smooth. All my questions were quickly responded to as well. Thank you Solcius!
