Work by this company resulted in improper installation that can't pass electrical inspection. Performed panel and electrical work without permits. Repeated instances of over-promising performance. Charged well beyond the appropriate rate. We are having to pay to remove all roof panels and electrical work he did and repair roof. Filed a police complaint for elder abuse/fraud. Nice person, sounds highly knowledgeable and competent. We regret not getting other estimates before entering into this frustrating situation.

After a month a month of trying to get someone out to fix my solar pannels and going through Enphase and constantly being given the run around, he came out same day and was able to fix my microinverters not reporting. He was extremely helpful and extremely friendly and if youre in valdosta you need to go through him and not whoever your solar company says to.

South GA Solar Power got my Enphase corrected to read correctly with little help from Enphase support. My numbers add up correctly now.

Just bought a new house and it had solar already installed. Ron from South Ga Solar came through for us. We had no knowledge of what we had or how it works and he certified the system and walked me through everything. Hard to find trustworthy and knowledgeable people and Ron was both of those. I highly recommend South Ga Solar for all your solar.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Valdosta is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
