I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with the solar panel cleaning service provided to my home. On June 25, 2026, your technician, Alex, came out to clean my solar panels. While the service was pleasant at the time, I noticed only one month later that the panels were already very dirty. For context, when I had this same service completed last year, the panels remained clean for approximately eight months until the rainy season began. On July 30, I sent a formal notice to your company along with photos of the dirty panels. Although I spoke with several representatives who promised

Very professional. Excellent manner. Darren even showed me the deionized water. Spotless. Perfect. Like brand new.

Tim and Alex did a great job with our solar panels today. They were punctual, fast, and very professional. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing job well done by Tim and Alex. My panels are spotless after they came by.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • punctuality 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“no pressure Before & after photos Satisfaction guarantee Most popular Twice-a-year plan Save…”

Its website also mentions insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
