The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 35 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Disappointing experience and zero customer service Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. It is nearly impossible to get a responsive, meaningful answer from them once there’s an issue. A brand new roof was put on right before we closed on our house, so Starlight Solar had to come out to remove the panels and put them back up. In the process, they caused significant damage to my brand new roof, including leaving visible holes. Because of their negligence, the labor warranty on my new roof will not cover that damaged section until it is properly fixed. On top of that, multiple profess

Contacted them to get my solar system working properly. A man in a car showed up and made a list of what was wrong but fixed nothing. Very dissapointing.

Was lied to about the first year free . My bill is way higher now and my payments are more because of solar system they put up . I had to call another company out to my house to check my solar system because Mr. White never will answer or respond after your set up and they get the funds from the bank ! Buyer beware!!!! Do not trust this company. After you get it set up the seller will not be available anymore . They always claim his busy . Funny how he wasn’t busy before the funds was sent to him . I feel as if I was scammed so I’m having this looked into now . Should have looked into them bef

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“which is why we offer a variety of financing options to make going solar more accessible.”

  • Established

“call centers Proudly serving Texas since 2017. Your home, your power — our…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
