Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in the Glendale area. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Glendale area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SunAlpha LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Used Sun Alpha on a new roof project in Sun Lakes. They were very professional and communicative. I loved how clear everything was. I received drone footage of the finished worked in HiDef and when I zoomed in it looked so good I decided to go see it in person instead of sending someone else. The detail to attention could not have been better. After seeing their work I decided I will be using Sun Alpha exclusively.

Sun Alpha has helped mutual clients of Mine with solar installation as well as solar replacement of existing units. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable Sun Alpha is and how they have the client’s best interest at heart. They worked fast and are great on educating the consumer on what they’re paying for exactly and the return on investment. 1,000,000% recommend!!

Alan and his crew are nothing short of amazing! I’d trust them with any solar/electrical problem you have, they are trustworthy, professional, and truly want the best for their clients. Best in the biz!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
