Its one and two star share is 25 points above the typical installer in Pennsylvania. Across Pennsylvania, 8 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I tried using a Sunbolt solar umbrella to charge my small Chromebook, and it was a complete failure. It charged for maybe two minutes before it started beeping nonstop and then completely shut down. I called their support line around 6:30, and the woman who answered clearly had no idea what she was doing! Smfrh totally clueless and unhelpful. I didn’t buy this unit, thankfully, but based on my experience, I never would. Total waste of time.

I highly recommend SunBolt for anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service. Vanessa at SunBolt was outstanding from start to finish. She responded almost immediately and consistently provided clear, detailed information every step of the way. Her communication was some of the best I’ve experienced—professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend working with her if you want someone who stays on top of everything and makes the process easy.

We love our table. We are a public library and it is used daily. People love the fact they have a place to sit and charge their phone at the same time. We also have the side that is wheelchair accessible. It has been an amazing addition to our library front.

We bought three solar charging tables for our campus. The team at Sunbolt was very helpful and worked with us w/ any problems we encountered... The students are really enjoying the tables and it's great to promote clean solar energy and cutting edge technologies to our campus and community!

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
