Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

After getting quotes and comparing many different companies, I chose Suncharge because they offered the best panels at the best price. No need to negotiate w/ these guys - they price matched and got the job done without any headaches. I really couldn’t have imagined a more seamless process. Financing was great too. Didn’t pay anything down and the tax incentives made sense. Now my house is fully solar thanks to Jaime and team! Highly recommend 👏

Jaime and his team are great to work with, project was delivered as promised. Very Professional.

These guys know what they are doing in the planning and deployment of solar energy systems for homes and businesses. I had a storage batteries and panels installed expertly and efficiently. They made one trip for each phase of my job and got it done right the 1st time and even cleaned up some technical shortcomings of prior work I had from another company that I should not have used. The pricing is fair and a very good value for the technical expertise that owner, Jiame, and his guys will give you. You will be happy that you hired them to get the job done right, on target on time, and on budge

  • friendly staff 3

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“max per unit Durability : 10 year warranty, -4F to 122F, flood and dust…”

  • Free estimate

“simple and fully transparent process Free Consultation Receive a free solar consultation…”

Its website also mentions financing, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cedar Creek is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
