  Cant give 0 stars so guess 1 will do.Terriable place to buy from. The services are terriable. Going on 15 days now of being told there coming to fix issues that are under warranty. Over the last 4 months have had numerous issues that have taking weeks to get somebody to not only fix but to simply answer a phone or text message back. DO NOT...I REPEAT.. DO NOT waste your time and money with these people

  May 8 I purchased a hot tub for $6000 which was “an awesome deal” per the owner Mr Baer. I asked them to hold it for 2 Weeks which means it would be on or around June 2 when I would need it delivered. He told me to let him know so I called on Friday May 29 at 4:27 pm to inquire about delivery and told the owner Mr Baer my builder would be ready at the first of the week. Mr Baer gave no indication when we paid the $6000 that a 2 week delivery time would be a problem. I was told he could not guarantee but would try to get it delivered. I then called again on June 5th at 5pm and Mr Baer assured m

  This is the kind of work they done for my elderly grandmother charged her $2,000 I called Channel 9 on them they leveled her water tank with a used oil can what kind of work is this we are very unsatisfied they told me i was rude they left my grandmothers yard full of trash they lied to her told her they put water filter in and didn't

  The owner was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and kind. Also had the pleasure of working with Kyla who handled everything very professionally. My only complaint would be with Delores. She was not very polite when she reached out to me about purchasing a spa I put a deposit down on. Not once was I told it was non refundable. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will now be taking my business to another company because of this.

  We had a great experience at SunQest, the owners were very knowledgeable and just all around good people. Delores and Greg keep the store open hours after their published closing time to accommodate our work schedule and brought down spas out of the warehouse for us to try while we were trying to make a decision. They made the entire process very easy and we couldn't be happier with our new spa.

  Bought a used hot tub from a friend , called here for advice . Clearly he didn’t have to but he walked me through it . Very pleased with the help . Will be doing business here .
