    Their door to door staff just stand there and spout lies to you. They first start off saying the are part on Oncor. Then saying solar is 100% owned by Oncor. They saying if you produce and store all the electricity you need behind the …

    Not worth it. Complete waste of money. Would never recommend to anyone. Worst “investment”. I still get a power bill on top of the bill for the panels.

    Nothing short of perfect customer service and the installation crew was FANTASTIC. We have contracted with Sunrun for solar panel and battery installation using their new product. The initial agent was thorough on walking us through the product and the contract. I'm no spring chicken so I've been down this road before. All my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed. Sunrun handled the approval process through my HOA (not easy) and the city: a piece of cake.     Outstanding job from a team that consisted of Tyler Parker, Alec, Lasharae Love and Christine Lim. They kept me informed every step throughout the process, from install date to completion date and answer any questions I've might of had when I call. Great Job!!!
