Its one and two star share is 65 points above the typical installer in Hilo. Across Hawaii, 0 of the 87 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Predatory solicitors go door-to-door preying on kupuna. This is an unscrupulous corporation. They lied to my grandmother saying that they weren't selling her anything and got her to sign up for an expensive package

Horrible sales tactics!! I’ve had literally 6 different door to door sales reps come to my house within 6 months. Most of em are kids in their early 20s or younger. I called the office to put me in the no contact list and they still come! They are a not a good company to buy solar from they are scammers! Buyer beware!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Redesigning and reinstalling our system is coming up on 2 years. My case was just delayed another 6 weeks because the person I spoke with in December didn't log my installation confirmation for today. I see van after van driving through my neighborhood, so why is it that I can't get my system up and running?!? I expected the permitting system to be long, but this process, and not so much the redesign part, but the service, the processing and following up on my case proved to be much worse an experience than waiting for government. If it wasn't for me inheriting this system wi

SunRun is saving me money and I now have energy security with my Tesla powerwall. The lights went out all around me, but mine were still ON!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
