    Was approached at a home depot by this company expressed some interest had an appointment set up. Cancelled the first one after we went with someone else then was inundated with phone calls emails texts and other marketing nonsense. They called 4 times in 2 hours. I finally said enough was enough and they took me off their list hopefully. Just seemed really desperate and unprofessional.

    Did not show for my appointment, but I still received calls from 5 different salespeople after the fact. Their competitors are more organized and respectful of the customer. Go elsewhere.

    I called for a quote, was derived to a sales person who never sent the results. Two weeks later I reminded the sales person via email. He said he could only do ot over the phone. An operator called me on "a recorded line" and put me on hold waiting for the sales person....20 minutes later I hanged up. An "operator" (out of breath and seemingly from the street) called me again, connected me to a new sales person who mentioned they lost all my data. I told them I would not trust them with my money. Record that!

    Sunrun listened to our solar needs, made a custom plan for us, handled all of the local permits and installation while making the entire experience pleasant. Our rep - Josh Myers - was incredibly patient with all of our questions and personally concerned about the success of the installation. They even fast-tracked the installation so we could take advantage of a tax credit before it ran out. They really went above and beyond our expectations on all aspects. I highly recommend working with them if you want solar installed on your home.

    SunRun knows what they are doing. Simple and efficient. In April 2021 i produced more electricity that I will be using during my monthly use for 10 months of the year. I will be paying electricity two months a year.
