  I have purchased multiple flood lights from Superior Lighting recently as I’m renovation my home exterior. I have been happy with the products although shipping is a little slower than some other companies. One of the motion flood lights I purchased flickers on/off repeatedly when it detects movement, obviously a defect with the light. I reached out to customer service, Marie Smith, about two weeks ago. Marie sent my email to the Warranty dept who she said would contact me in 2-3 days; it’s now been 2 weeks. There has not been follow up from the Warranty dept nor from Marie in customer service

  I checked out Superior Lighting while looking for a new light fixture for my home. I wanted to see the options in person before deciding, especially because lighting can look very different depending on the size and finish. I ended up finding a fixture that worked well with the room I had in mind. I also spent some time looking at other lighting options and got a few ideas for future updates. Overall, it was a useful stop for anyone working on home lighting, and I'd come back when I need another fixture.
