Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Connecticut. Across Connecticut, 55 of the 112 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This is your choice for solar! Says it in the name Superior. John is equipped with endless knowledge about solar. Don’t be afraid to ask him anything. If you decide to purchase you can guarantee his install will be done safely, up to code, and done in a timely manner. If you are just looking for someone to install or remove your panels John and his team are the way to go! After talking with a few companies John was by far the best choice. Highly recommend for ALL your solar needs.

John is our go to for anything we need with our roof. He has come out same day for us multiple times for a reasonable price and always sends us pictures of the completed job.

Great costumer service. Amazing crew of workers.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • knowledgeable staff 5
  • companies 3
  • pricing 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“and battery backup services with over 10 years of experience. Get an Estimate Why us…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Guilford is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
