Synergy 768

Each mark is one company we hold in the Antioch area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Synergy 768 is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Three years ago before Covid I had put a down payment for Tesla Batteries. Two years later and a lot of excuses Ed Costas installs two batteries from a now defunct company called Electirc power. For over 6 months the battery did not work and they were trying to figure out what to do to make the battery work with the app that controlled it...even though the company went belly up. So I felt like they were trying to figure it out. I felt badly about the situation and hoped it could be resolved quickly. In December of 2024 the batteries just quit working. The company came out and told me that they

Fake solar company buyer beware they only have about 9 employees and it's been rebranded over 6 times, this is a run of the mill mom and pop shop tryna make it In the solar game but clearly aren't successful at it I'd recommend going with a actual solar company either big brand like tesla, sunpower, sunrun, vivint or for a cheaper alternative try the smaller guys like empower solar, titan solar, forever solar, infinity solar, etc. Just not this back end of the ally do it on the low under the table type of company

I had 2 power walls and additional solar panels installed 13 months ago. They work well and the technicians were great. However, the paperwork for a rebate was never sent to PG&E. I emailed and phoned many times but could never get Ed Cotas to finish this part of his contract.

Synergy 768 executed a very nice design for an expansion of our existing solar/battery system. Other companies had expressed doubt that the system could be expanded. After the plans were approved, they proceeded to do an excellent installation. Everything was carefully laid out and the workmanship was first class at all stages. They carried through with the commissioning and inspection process. They did however fall down on the follow through. I was promised a binder with the final plans, and the building permit with final inspection sign off. Two and a half months later that has still not bee

Ed Cotas and the Synergy 768 team performed professionally and punctually in installing the solar panel system at our home. They have been ready and available to answer any questions we have had. I would recommend Synergy 768 for a Solar panel installation project. Rhonda

I recently had a Tesla charging station installed, and once again, the team provided great service. This is my second time working with Synergy 768; the first time, they installed solar panels. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and diligent. They arrived on time, were very thorough in their work, and ensured everything was set up properly. What stands out the most is their exceptional customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always ready to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend the team for any solar installation or electric vehi

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“Why Us? Welcome to Synergy 768. With more than 10 years of experience, we have been able to…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
