Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 61 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We could not be more pleased with the sales, service and overall experience with TerraVolt and David Bly. The level of care and details that he managed while determining the best off grid solar and battery equipment for our lifestyle and geographic location was incredible. His patience and expertise are so appreciated. He educated us along the way and has always been available and accessible to answer questions or give good solid practical solutions to our solar and battery storage needs. We highly recommend you reach out to him to learn how he can help with both grid and off grid needs. We lo

David has gone well beyond the minimums and exceeded my expectations. He does world class work and is easy to talk with. I recommend his services. You will be pleased ! Rick with some Iron Edison NiFe batteries & generator set that needed some TLC, knowledge, and another homesite.

He was very pleasant and informative and knowledgeable about the subjects. Would highly recommend him.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“of interesting and informative. Guaranteed! Use the form below, or for faster…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

  • It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Sammamish is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
