    The Tesla electrician but actually did the installationwas great--he recognized that I did not order the correct configuration that would be needed, and which should've been identified and addressed by Tesla energy sales reps--of which I had four or five. I never did learn why the rep I was appointed kept changing. Dealing with Tesla Energy was a nightmare of the worst kind. The company makes it almost impossible to speak to a human being after the initial video sales consultation. There is no such thing as Customer Service at Tesla, from the Auto, Energy, or Finance divisions. It purposely ma

    Absolutely Horrible Tesla Solar Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with my Tesla Solar experience and feel completely let down by the company. What should have been a straightforward service issue has turned into more than a month of lost production, repeated delays, poor communication, and unexpected charges. My solar system began operating in January 2025 and stopped working on May 13, 2026. I opened a support request, but the earliest service appointment Tesla could provide was June 9th, more than three weeks after I reported the issue. During that entire period, my system gener

    Getting in contact with Tesla is hard but love the removal and re-installation teams. They’re super friendly, professional and have great communication.
