System is great and best quality, however I’m very disappointed of the crew, my 4th solar system with Tesla and Houston crew was the only bad experience with the crew members, they were rude and non professional at all, had to spend time explaining that panel’s pitch were not aligned together, pipes were painted terrible and need to point that too, installed pipe and joint box in a terrible location, had to fix this verbally but, attitude is everything and they had a very bad one, 2 stars is for equipment.

It all started when I got a signal from the Tesla app that an electrical issue is causing the solar panels to not generate power. I went through their troubleshooting and found that an arc fault is the issue. They scheduled my repair a month from that date. Luckily, they called back and said there was an appointment 3 weeks instead. I approved and the new repair date was March 30. The crew came at looked and researched the problem. They found out it was one panel that failed and caused the issue. I talked to the technician and he showed me pictures of the broken panel. It was burnt and looked

They answer all your inquiries and very flexible with the design. At least during the design and install phase they are very responsive. The install went smooth and the crews were very professional and friendly. I don't know if their support afterwards will be just as good but so far I have zero complaints.

Installing my Tesla solar panels and power wall was probably one of my best decisions. I moved to the Houston, Texas area from Arizona and faced the fact that we can have multiple power outages as the majority of our power is above ground. Plus, I live in a new subdivision. My power wall can sense when there is a power outage and will store up extra power if there is a major storm in the area. I no longer have to worry. Also, my electric bills have run less than $10 per month because I rely primarily on my solar panels and stored power in my power wall. The electrical fees I am charged are pri

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
