Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Houston. Across Texas, 176 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Houston whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. IntegrateSun is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Run run run from IntegrateSun- after speaking to an over-promising and deceptive sales team, I embarked on a solar project 12 months ago that I was assured would be done before year end that is still not complete. Project management will not provide timelines, they communicate poorly, and I have had to push this project through every step of the way. I had install hung up because they were waiting on delivery for critical parts that I had provided them with photo evidence of delivery. My solar system was finally installed 11 months later, and randomly shut off two weeks after install. I provid

The experience I had with this company from the beginning to the end was difficult. There are multiple issues with this company. They have you re-do the contracts with the threat that they will not turn on your system unless you sign the …

It took 302 days to have the installation complete, which is way more than was sold. From signing the contract to utility hookup. There were dozens of coordinating events, mishaps, and difficulties involved along the way. It all worked out at the end, but with many headaches along the way( this is not hands off). Keep a close eye on the installation for workmanship issues, as they use low cost Texas labor. They will do a bait and switch on the panels mid project to save a buck. The estimate from their proposal is way over sold and expected a max benefit of about 80%, so plan with that in mind.

Good service, upgrades to solar system were completed and system is working great. Tech team was friendly and communicative. Explained what was needed and how they would proceed to complete the work.

IntegrateSun was great to work with. Responsive and great budget wise. Addressed every question and concern quickly.

We had some difficulties with the permitting at the beginning of the process (not IntegrateSun's fault) but Lily G @ IntegrateSun kept me in the loop at all times and was very quick to answer all of my questions. I was also working with …

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
